Haven't been caught. Yet... But to be fair, it's the only (convenient) way to get any game soundtracks. If iTunes just sold them...

Of course I criticize game pirates. Stealing is stealing whether or not you get away with it. There are a plethora of free games out there to play if you have no money. Otherwise save some cash and buy the game.

BTW, this is not coming from someone who is affluent and can buy any games that he likes. I am but a poor student and if I wish to purchase a game I have to cut spending in other areas to make it happen.

Never played BlazBlue, but that's one thing I hate, is Japan getting soundtracks in stores, and I have to scour the interwebs. Or maybe if they had the Modern Warfare soundtrack somewhere, I just like that main opening theme. But that's what happens when they used the guy who did the Pirates orchestrals. (And I bought those legally.)

That is the only time I can justify downloading stuff: When you can't find it to buy it. This covers some music and a lot of old abandonware.
