** This thread discusses the content article: Ubisoft Making 10 Games for Natal **

During an investor call, which happens a lot I guess, Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot addressed the company’s upcoming Microsoft Project Natal and Sony’s Motion Wand titles. "We have around ten games that will come out for Natal during the first six months of its release," said Guillemot. "And we expect four to five games for Sony's new motion controller. That's the picture at the moment. It can change in the next twelve months.” He was also asked how many of said games will be based off new or current franchises such as Prince of Persia. "I didn't count the games that are supporting the new functions that those accessories will bring, he said. "I was more speaking about casual games that we are doing on those two machines. We can consider on those games 70 percent new properties." While Natal has no official release date, Microsoft big wigs have hinted at fall 2010 while Sony has said its motion controller will be out this spring.

Prediction: Most will be flops/glorified tech demos/PSN or Live Games.

They won't be able to bring out 16 great games in a year in addition to current franchises and this is also ubisoft we're talking about. They are renowned for releasing dud after dud.

  • nickbrown : I was reading the reviews on iTunes and the vgs is not just a source of gaming it is personal. Almost every opion that rich and kraft have I agree with it's not biased as the bad reviews said that the show is biased and has old news. Not AT ALL. but then I was thinking could all those bad reviews be from that troll that was allover vgs and bor talking crap. But he just made 20 different iTunes accounts all under the name of upthe butt
