This makes me really happy. Repored on IGN.com yesterday, Nintendo released some new material over Virtual Console, WiiWare and DSiWare. Some of them are very much in the current holiday spirit. For WiiWare: Ghost Mansion Party from Gameloft puts you in the shoes of Fazzy the ghost. Fazzy has been locked out of his mansion by some other goulish folks, and will give his treasure to anyone who will help him get them out. Basically, it's Mario Party with ghosts, and not the ghosts from the Mario series either. The second title is Tales of Monkey Island: Chapter 3 from Telltale. Strangley enough, this latest chapter has you running around inside a giant manatee, running into some fellow cast aways that includes Coronado De Cava. Both of those games will run you 1000 points or $10 each. For DSiWare: another SUDOKU game, this one made by EA. If you don't know what SUDOKU is by now, get a freaking life. The second title here is PictureBook Games: The Royal Bluff from Nintendo. This game puts players against each other in a challenge of statergery and LIES!!! Gain points by adding or removing colored chips from the playing board as you try to guess how many of what color your opponent has. Tournament, Free Play and DS Wireless Play give you 3 ways to play. PictureBook Games: The Royal Bluff will run you 500 DSi points or $5, and SUDOKU will run you 200 points or $2. Now to two of my most favorite games on the planet. For VC, from the SEGA Genisis comes the one and only Golden Axe for 900 points or $9, and probly my favorite SNES game ever Zombies Ate My Neighbors for 800 points or $8. Seeing as most of my SNES games were destroyed when some idiot left the box they were in outside in a massive thunderstorm, I will most likely be getting Zombies Ate My Neighbors.
